HEAT
skillet or griddle over medium heat

SPREAD
butter on one side of each slice of bread

PLACE
four slices of bread, butter side down on a plate or cutting board

PLACE
one slice of Borden Melts Sharp Cheddar OR one slice of Borden Melts American on ONE side of each sandwich

ADD
any optional toppings and one last slice of cheese (Borden Melts Sharp Cheddar OR American) on top. NOTE: With or without extra toppings, there should be a total of 2 slices of cheese per sandwich. You can use only Sharp, only American, or a combo of both.

ADD
another slice of bread on top, butter side facing outward.

PLACE
sandwiches on preheated skillet or griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Lightly press down gently on sandwiches with a spatula while cooking to melt the cheese better

from the skillet or griddle and cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
